   I love the customer service at APM MONACO Westfield Shepherds Bush. Firstly I want to thank Riddhi for putting my necklace on hold- discontinued version, she was so kind as I called on Saturday and needed to hold until Tuesday. She sent me what’s up message with photo, to reassure me this is what I wanted. Amazing girl!!! Then when I went to store - Debora was so lovely, friendly and down to earth, I felt special. I ended up buying collection. I received a special gift too. I highly recommend this store and their customer service. This is what you Need and want. It’s very important to sometimes put things on hold as in this busy world we can’t pick up instantly. Thanks again Riddhi and Debora. I will be coming back to your store instead of other London stores because of your outstanding customer service. I hope you get your rewards ❤️❤️❤️

   Went into the store at the White City branch on Sunday browsing for a necklace for my wedding. The woman at counter was very rude, I asked if she could show me a necklace and she told me to “wait” with no apology or reason and continued typing on her PC while we stood and waited for 5 minutes. For such beautiful jewellery, I would expect the service to match. Completely discouraged to buy based on that experience.

   I don’t review shops often, but wanted to highlight I had a really nice experience buying jewellery for an important event. Zara (I hope I got her name correctly?) was very professional, friendly and patient with me and suggested different combinations of sets and offered to take a photos to help me choose. The jewellery itself is also really beautiful and some pieces are quite unusual.

   Alexandra at the Westfield store was amazing - she went out of her way to get the pieces I wanted for my bridal jewellery even though they were sold out, she was so kind and showed me and my mum lots of beautiful pieces. Yolanda at the Covent Garden branch was also very helpful, both ladies are a credit to the company. Love my jewellery and can’t wait to wear it!
