God I wish I had seen the reviews before going here and the negative ones are absolutely true. Took my watch here to have links taken out before Christmas and they charged me for the repair upfront to include a better which the watch didn't need as I changed it the night before. Three weeks later the repair had not been done so I asked for the watch and my money back. The man in there would not give me my money back and also threatened me. He kept the money even though he did nothing for it which in my book is theft. He still has part of the links so I can't repair it. It leaves me no choice but to go to the bank and ask for a charge back to retrieve my money. Also took a diamond Aquamaster to replace the battery but because it was waterproof they needed a special device to remove the back after half an hour they came out and said it wasn't the battery and watch needed a complete service I then took it to Gold lovers who replaced the battery and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Please take heed of whats been said about them because it's all true and I have my receipt so they can't say it wasn't there. I doubt if they will last to the end of 2025 so Happy New Year

Scammers !!!!!! Not to be trusted, this jewellers are Cowboys !!!!!!! and should be reported to trading services. I had my TAG HEUER WATCH fully serviced with this jewellers costing me £300 ! I paid for my watch to be fully serviced through a service company since December 2023 when I went to collect my watch after 6 weeks, it was still not serviced they use their handy person who comes in twice a week to repair watches. My watch was never sent off to the service centre as promised, the jewellers tried for a second time promising me this will definitely be sent off to the service centre. I waited another 6 weeks. Still the watch doesn’t work when I collect it the alarm on the watch doesn’t work ! I had my watch reviewed by TAG HEUER official retailer in London, they confirmed that I had been ripped off ! TAG HEUER offers a full service for the same price including polishing, watch strap adjustment, painting of the letters, date and alarm, including new sealant, they would fully service a watch to a brand-new state. My watch was with the jewellers for 5 whole months my alarm still does not work and my watch still looks the same, DEON LONDON Jewellery would not provide me with a repair report nor refund me my money, they added that I did not know how to use the alarm, what a joke ! TAG HEUER London couldn’t get the alarm to work and they tried many times. I am now taking them to the small courts claim for not providing the service. They also broke the date on my watch when they replaced an old battery into my watch before I got it serviced with them. I even have the receipt if Google reviews allow me to post it on. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN !

I went here today to sell a mixed bag of jewellery it included a diamond bracelet a Cartier watch & various gold pieces. I was told £1100. Also all of all the gold were only 9 carets. I took them to Stanley Jewller’s down the road & got £4400. Some of the gold was actually 18 carets. So either they don’t know the jewellery business or they are a HUGE rip off. I personally would never trust them again

TLDR- they took half of the beads out of a bracelet I took to be repaired and did not tell me. Luckily I had evidence of what I had given them so they were forced to give them back to me. Don't take your posessions here unless you want your stuff to be literally stolen. My father took two pieces of my jewellery here to be repaired. One was a charm bracelet which needed its safety chain repaired and the other was a quartz and aquamarine bracelet which needed to be restrung. When the items were returned I immediately noticed a number of problems with the service. The soldering on the charm bracelet had been done extremely poorly. The other bracelet had been restrung on the thinnest thread imaginable was half the size that it once was. It had been restrung so poorly that it would not have stayed shut even if it had been the right size. On closer inspection I realised that they had taken at least 5 stones from this bracelet without telling us. I was absolutely distraught when I realised. When my father went back to complain the store clerk stated that they had not been able to re-string the beads- which is an outright lie as they had been on a much thicker string before. Even if that was true- why on earth would they not have said this and returned the stones to the customer? I have attached photos. In the first one you can see the size of the bracelet that they returned to me. It would not fit a baby. I never leave reviews but I felt absolutely compelled to do so today. Do NOT take your possessions to this establishment. Their behaviour is appalling.

Excellent service !! I had initially went there to get 2 wedding rings for my Fiancé and I .Needless to say I was satisfied with the service they have provided us , as I gave them an engagement ring for them to repair and size within 5 days for me to come and collect and it was repaired on time in perfect condition , it looked completely new and I totally recommend this store for anyone looking for a wedding ring.

No stars actually, they are crooks. I bought a battery for my watch, which cost me £9.95 - far more than I have ever paid so I was shocked and I said so. The lady in the shop assured me it was because it was a high quality battery. Not long after the watch started loosing time so I decided to take it to Stanley James jewellers further down the road, where I usually go for repairs. I was told that the battery was a cheap copy and that was the reason the watch wasn't working. I paid £5 - yes £5, not £9.95 - for a new battery. I took the dud battery and decided to go back to Deon and complain. The woman I bought it from was there and a man this time, who told me they don't sell those batteries and I couldn't have bought it from there! I was flabbergasted and protested. The woman said nothing. Another man came and said the same thing telling me the name of the batteries they do sell. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt with me though I do have it. The end of the story is that my watch is now working fine with the battery I bought at Stanley James, but I have spent £15 on batteries. I have been conned. Do not use this shop. I highly recommend Stanley James! Since I posted this review I have received a response from someone at Deon accusing my review of being fake. Everything I have written is absolutely true - I have lived and shopped in Kentish Town for years and I have sent a photo of the receipt - I purchased the battery on 24th August and paid by debit card. I attached a photo of the receipt below. My watch is now working fine after Stanley James replaced the battery.
