   Would highly recommend. My mum saw a photo of a gold ring she liked but I couldn’t find anywhere that sold something like it. I knew Vasconez Silver did custom jewellery but I wasn’t sure if they did gold, but they do (apparently they do platinum as well)! Abby was amazing throughout the whole customisation process - she explained the differences of 9k and 18k gold, and also gave advice on the design to ensure it’s durable. After the initial consultation, the ring was made up in silver for me to give feedback on and tweak the design so it was exactly as I wanted it. The final ring in solid 9k yellow gold turned out amazing and my mum is so happy!

   I have been using this little Aladdins Cave of a treasure store for over two years and can only say - I could buy the shop. I don't live in Beckenham, and based in SW2 but try as I have, there is no where in south London that meets the quality and beauty of what this little shop has to offer. They also do repairs and the work that I have had done is top notch. The staff are friendly and helpful and not pushy - they let you drool over their fab stock but will advise and help warmly if you ask. It is a great place and I cannot recommend it more - even if you have to travel to get there - like me!

   Vasconez Silver is Beckenham's best kept secret! I have purchased exquisite, handmade items (rings bracelets and earrings) on many occasions. The first thing that you notice as you enter this beautiful shop, is the warm welcome that you receive. Both ladies there are attentive, helpful, but never intrusive. They do their utmost to help you find that special item. If it is not in the shop, you can have a bespoke piece crafted at reasonable prices. I also like the attention to detail when my purchases are beautifully wrapped. Good presentation makes me feel happyg and special. Vasconez Silver also does repairs, so that favourite piece of jewellery can be brought back to life. I experienced their services with one of my favourite rings. The workmanship was excellent. So if you want statement jewellery, unique pieces, or just something that takes your fancy , Vasconez Silver is the go- to shop for beautiful, timeless jewellery..

   Had a watch that needed fixing — took it to Timpson in Elmers End but they couldn’t repair it. Brought it to Vasconez Silver in Beckenham instead, and they sorted it out really quickly! The mother and daughter team were so friendly and professional. Honestly, the mother’s hands are blessed by the gods! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future watch or jewellery repairs. Highly recommend!

   Told that they pierced ears for babies, got there and the lady attempted to pierce one ear, after the earing kept falling from the gun. The piercing gun went in half way causing pain to the baby. The ear was also oozing blood. The baby now has half a hole in her ear. No apology was made. Very disappointed and i will be taking this further.

   The worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. The stone fell out of my ring and I returned with the ring (minus stone as it was lost) and my reciept. I was told that I would have to pay for the repair and that I 'lost' the stone part. This was all delivered in a very rude manner by the store manager. Then I was refused a refund when I said I didn't want a new stone, after the rude way I was spoken too. In the end I was left with no choice by the owner but to leave the empty ring and wait to hear if I would be charged for the repairs. Bad quality and even worse atmosphere and service.

   Went to get my diamond bracelet resized before I went on holiday. Got measurements together in store and was told I could collect it before the holiday. When I went to collect the size was wrong and it was still too big meaning it was not ready for my holiday. There was no apology or empathy for the mistake until I pointed out that it was rude that I did not even receive a sorry. They did resize it after my holiday so the job was completed however customer service is severely lacking in this store.

   DAMAGED MY WATCH!!! Outraged customer. I wanted some links on my beautiful watch to be removed as it wasn't fitting my wrist properly. I left my watch there to be collected in an hour. After shopping, I went back and the lady gave me the watch. But, she was not forthcoming about the fact that one of the diamantes had come off the face of the watch during the repair and hoped I would not notice. When I showed her the damage and pointed out that my watch was not like this before, there was no reaction from her. She did show however, that she was unconcerned and insensitive by not saying anything only..."It must of come off when it was in the clamp". I received NO apology. I asked her if she would fix it back, but she said that it would be a big job. I asked her if I would have to pay for (her mistake) this to be fixed. She said YES! At this point, I was very disappointed at the lack of remorse, morality and accountability. I gave her the opportunity to make things right by asking if there is anything she can offer, but she chose NOT to take responsibility for the damage and charged me the full price of the repair. Advice: If you love your jewelry, DO NOT use Vasconez Silver.

   AMAZING!! i asked vasconez to repair 3 of my most treasured rings including one i’ve worn every day for the last 15 years. PERFECT REPAIR!!! 2 soldered and shined - they look better than ever, invisible repair & fit perfectly. the third ring was reshaped & again, perfect fit!! all done for a very reasonable price & work completed in the timeframe promised. i can’t recommend vasconez enough - please contact them for all silver repairs, especially if you’re worried about leaving precious belongings with someone, vasconez showed incredible care and attention. thank you vasconez, i’ll be recommending you to everyone!
