   Maria was truly exceptional and made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. She was very responsive and generous with her time and guided me through every step of choosing the perfect engagement ring for my partner including multiple video calls while I was travelling. Her knowledge and advice made what could have been a daunting process feel easy and exciting. When it came to both of us choosing our wedding bands, Maria was just as fantastic. The whole journey felt seamless, personal and completely stress-free from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Maria and Flawless Fine Jewellery highly enough.

   I found Flawless Fine Jewellery after matching one of their rings to a photo my now-fiancée had saved on Pinterest. I got in touch via WhatsApp with a few questions (and a tight deadline - about five weeks), and Ish replied within a minute…on a bank holiday! He guided me through the whole process, kept me updated on timings, and made sure the ring was ready right on schedule. Pick-up was smooth, the ring itself is absolutely perfect, and my fiancée is in love with it. I’ve since taken it back for a quick resize and that’s been just as easy. Top-tier service and craftsmanship - couldn’t recommend them more.

   Fantastic experience working with Flawless Fine Jewelry. I used their website to find a stunning yellow lab grown diamond, and then worked with Maria at Flawless to choose a setting for the ring. Their website was easy to use, had clear pictures and video images of the loose diamonds available, and when it arrived (more than a week earlier than the estimate!) it looked exactly as it did on the website. I worked with Maria at Flawless to select the setting, chose the Ciara setting based on her recommendation, and she couldn't have been more right. The ring was ready over a week before the estimate, came with the IGI paperwork, and it is absolutely stunning! Photos don't do it justice.

   My experience purchasing the engagement ring for my fiance with flawless absolutely exceeded any expectations I could've had. Throughout the entire ring shopping process Lila was incredibly helpful and insightful with regards to assisting me in creating a ring that was absolutely astounding. She was able to ensure my ring was delivered well in advance and her communication throughout the entire process was stellar.    The most absolute gorgeous ring I've ever seen! My fiance designed this ring for me and he had an incredible experience. He was helped by Lila and she was extremely patient with everything he wanted. She was very helpful throughout the entire process from video calls, ideas and the end result. She sent CAD drawing and was always reassuring that everything was perfect to exactly what he wanted. Delivery was even next day including the weekends! He was always updated with what is happening and never needed to ask it was already done. Incredible and helpful service from engraving, getting the diamond and creating the most perfect ring. They are experts in what they do and you can trust their help and advice. Will be back for our wedding bands

   We've had such a great experience designing my engagement ring with Samba! He is very friendly and relaxed. He worked very hard to find me the diamond and ring style I absolutely loved. He patiently answered all our questions and iterated through many versions of the design with us, guiding us away from bad decisions and explaining any details we wanted to know. He did not let me settle - we went over the details and iterated over the design until I was absolutely sure I was happy :) And boy I was - I love the result, and I doubt I would have had such a good experience or even such a beautiful ring had I gone anywhere else :') I would highly recommend going to him - he is very good at his job, you'll be in great hands with him!

   I had fantastic experience with Flawless. After my first visits to a few shops in Hatton Garden, I decided to go ahead with Lila. Unlike other shops, Lila did not put pressure at all and definitely did not try tricks on quoting high price. The price was perhaps the best I could get in Hatton garden for the top quality ring I wanted. Lila was extremely helpful in selecting the right stone by sharing videos and educating me the different aspects of the shortlisted diamonds. Her recommendations on the design was highly professional and very helpful in decision making. The final product was beyond what I’ve imagined, thanks to the excellent craftsmanship. I was invited to the shop to check the design and the mould during the process. I feel like Lila was part of the journey and was equally excited as me. Thanks for bearing with my countless requests and questions. We will return for the wedding bands!
