   Superb service from Emilia, Elle, Megan and all of the team when I recently visited the store. I went into change the size of a ring and Emilia went above and beyond to find the correct size for me. We also had a lot of fun looking at the Chroma collection which I also purchased. I haven’t been into the store for a while and the approach from all of the team is welcoming and modern. The customer service in the store represents the brand perfectly and the approach is very much in keeping with a luxury brand - viewing us as clients thereby building brand loyalty. I have already popped back to store and Elle and Emilia talked me through the new collections. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

   Came in for the first time to buy my best friend a gift for her 21st birthday. Zoe was so helpful and friendly. She beautifully wrapped the gift I’d chosen and even asked what colour ribbon my friend would like. I left feeling like I’d made the right choice coming to Swarovski and will definitely be returning.
