   Whilst in Bromley, I saw a branch of Chisholm Hunter, I went in to enquire about a watch that I'm interested in. Sadly they did not have the model in stock, but I was served by a charming assistant called Alma, she offered me many options and offered to get this in for me. It was nice to see this shop which is quite old school but gives good service in nice surroundings. Sometimes when you spend money you still like old fashioned service with a modern twist. Chisholm Hunter achieves this mix perfectly.

   Truly excellent professional service from Alma and her Manageress in this pleasant Market Square location.. We were looking for a good quality replacement watch for me for everyday use : I had some idea of what I wanted and this was addressed with patience and skill until we found a really good solution, a Tag Heuer Formula 1, stylish as well as practical. We were never rushed or pressured, the negotiations over price being conducted in an equally professional manner. We walked out very happy. Can't recommend highly enough, especially if you want a quality watch which you are going to use regularly.

   Had a wonderful experience in choosing a ring for a special birthday. All the team were so welcoming and kind and a special shout out to Alma was so lovely, very helpful and professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely love the ring too, very special. There was no where else in Bromley that compared in terms of the ring itself but also the reception and client engagement. Other rings were nice but the customer service didn't come close. Thank you!

Yes, they have the watches I love at the best prices, but the staff is what makes the experience so much of a joy! Georgia, Victoria and Gary are just some of the absolute superstars at Chisholm Hunter Bromley. They have always been so kind and hospitable to my wife and I, that there’s absolutely nowhere else I’d shop. I’m two watches deep into my relationship with the branch, and you can be well sure there’s going to be more! Chisholm Hunter Head Office, if you guys are reading this, you’ve got the most brilliant people at Bromley. Please don’t ever let them go. They make you tick!

In fact we bought them from Nathaniel, he clearly takes pride in his work, he was very attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted and found us the ideal rings. We had been to other bigger named jewellers and it was never in doubt who we were going to buy from. Great after sale care. Can't recommend highly enough.
