   Fraser Hart Bromley is an outstanding jeweller, and much of that comes down to the people who run it. Manager Brian Bailey and Assistant Manager Aiden Bray are such good people—honest, sincere, and embody everything that is right about customer service. Buying from them is always a pleasure, as they cut out all the theatrics and pretence you often find with other jewellers. What we love most about Brian and Aiden is their integrity. They never push or compel you to make a purchase. If something doesn’t fit or suit you, they are upfront and will suggest a better option instead. That kind of honesty is rare, and it makes shopping here a genuinely enjoyable experience. I have bought numerous watches from them over the years, and whenever a bracelet needed resizing, they handled it without hassle. If the fit wasn’t comfortable, they would happily change it until it was perfect. Their patience and professionalism make you feel valued as a customer. We have been dealing with Brian and Aiden since their days in Kingston upon Thames, and we can honestly say we have not found such trustworthy jewellers anywhere else in the UK. It is a shame they no longer carry brands like Rolex and Cartier at this location, but the service they provide more than makes up for it. Unlike the more formal and “stuck up” atmosphere at places like Watches of Switzerland or Mappin & Webb, Fraser Hart Bromley makes you feel at home and truly taken care of. Brian and Aiden deserve special praise for their consistency, kindness, and deep knowledge of watches and jewellery. They remember their customers, take time to understand their needs, and always go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Their professionalism is matched by their warmth, which makes every visit feel personal and memorable. Keep up the great work and we look forward to visiting this store again in the future.

   We’ve recently had a few good experiences at Fraser Hart, Bromley. Customer service has been warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We initially had several good interactions with Seif who helped us choose a necklace and followed this up with helping us buy our wedding bands. He was polite and kind throughout, even gifting us a bouquet of flowers. Much appreciated. We then returned to enquire about engraving the rings. Ethan supported us through this process with humour and insight. Thank you both.

   Went in simply to get my girlfriend’s ring sized (yes a ring for that finger), where I met Sam. Sam honestly has taken a lot of stress off the whole ring shopping experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insight, advising me on everything from the different types of cuts, fixes and metal variations, even going as far as bringing a range of pieces for us to try on to get a sense of carat sizing. Her can do attitude and genuine warmth has endeared me to Fraser Hart, and this experience was not a one off - as the same care and advice was given when I came in with my mother to shop for something for my grandmother. Thank you for the advice on the jewellery and the excellent customer service Sam - you’re a star!
