   Lovely jewellers! I found my wedding ring here 1 week before the day, and they handled everything, polished my ring and engagement ring so they’d be sparkling for the day, and even gave me a little discount as it was for my wedding. So lovely of them! And honestly I’d been everywhere! I wanted to be sustainable so the second hand aspect was important to me and I couldn’t have found a more perfect match for my engagement ring. I get so many compliments, still, 1 year on!!

   Had a couple of interactions with Vincent over the past 3 years after being recommended and have been disappointed each time. He repaired my engagement ring and after a few weeks it broke again so I took it back to him and explained. He had obviously forgotten me because he patronisingly said “So you thought you would get it repaired properly this time” as if I had gone somewhere else the first time and they didn’t do it right. But no… it was him the first time! And most recently had jewellery discoloured after 6/8 weeks of them being dipped and charged full price again even after that short time. Unfortunately I think our time using this jeweller is over.

   My favourite favourite ring got caught in a door and broke in two places, I went elsewhere first and was told there was a ‘severe’ metal problem and only option left would be new creation/bespoke and could cost £1000s. Of course this caused me extra anxiety & sadness, especially as someone who’s never had jewellery repaired before, but thankfully I persevered and came next to here. The atmosphere was immediately more welcoming, clearly a well established small business, and I was assured there could always be something done and quoted much less than I expected! To my amazement, I got a call it was fixed within literal days ! Relieved and happy is an understatement. The fix is seamless, with no complications, he did something magic to me !! Masterful craftsmanship. I’ve been totally saved. It was handed back like new, in fact even better, as this was inherited - I’ve never seen it so shiny ! I know my great grandma would be happy too for it to experience more life, and I feel like me again to have it back :) I would 1000% trust my jewellery with them again, and recommend it too.

   Highly recommended for honest & trustworthy Jewellery workmanship and too think they have been on our doorstep for years and we never really used them, is rather sad. They have done the most beautiful job on my diamond wedding ring, Rhodium dipping it and it looks like new again. I really am appreciative and will have to get my engagement ring done next month now to match:) They also fitted a watch battery for a competitive price and I have another watch with them awaiting to see if their expert can get her going again. Highly recommended, don't walk or drive past and head into the towns either end of the lane, this team, Vince, Anne, Geoff are all amazing.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Vince whose shop it is, is NEVER in the shop. I've had jewellery with them since June waiting to be redesigned. Despite telling the design 5 times already Vince still can't remember and I need to go back into the shop but he's NEVER there! He needs to decide if he actually wants customers. Beyond fed up.

   My engagement ring was two sizes too big and they resized it perfectly for a very reasonable price. I noticed a little polish left behind by the machine and they cleaned it again for free and my ring has never looked more sparkly and perfect! I will be using them for all my jewellery resizing needs in future, very friendly and professional service.
