Took my late mum’s rings in which had to be cut off her I wanted them repaired. They did a excellent job and would highly recommend very polite staff if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Best shop in Woolwich? I think so! The staff/owners are so helpful and are real watchmakers. I've been in a few times and always come away feeling I've been helped - they're exceptional. Well done.

Went to fix a watch here that used to be water resistant and the watch was returned to me non water resistant. Very rude service from Raj when asking to fix the water resistance of the watch. He kept blaming the customer for the fact that the watch was no longer water resistant. When asking for a refund or at least for the watch to be fixed free of charge after spending the money on it, he refused. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and a very unpleasant experience.
Really professional jewellers. Friendly and passionate staff that went above and beyond to ensure I got my mums Christmas present. Presented us with a wide range of products and gave us advice and guidance throughout our shopping experience. We got exactly what we wanted and even got a nice Christmas discount. This was my first time purchasing jewellery and I will 100% be coming back to this jewellers for future purchases.
Fantastic jewellers, they fixed my broken sliver (Links of London) necklace, adjusted the chain so that the original pendant could be placed back at no extra charge. Great customer service, good communication and quick turnaround too.
