Brian went out of his way to find a beautiful velvet jewellery pouch, which was so thoughtful and so appreciated. His service was warm, genuine and attentive from start to finish. Amazing shop! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Popped into Bromley to do some shopping and thought I’d ask about getting my wedding and engagement rings rhodium plated as they were in a sorry state. They were busy but said they could do it that day for me and they would let me know in a couple of hours. Unfortunately, after an hour I had to leave Bromley so I went back in to let them know not to rush and I’d collect them another time but they were so sweet and told me to hang on for 5 minutes and the rings would be done. My rings look brand new and I’m so pleased with them. Lovely staff, excellent work and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and won’t be going anywhere else for rhodium plating in the future.
Amazing service from Brian! I needed the crystal of my watch replaced urgently and they sorted it in a matter of days! Very reasonable prices and good quality work. Will definitely recommend.
Amazing customer service!! Brian redesigned and resized a set of rings for my nephew on his wedding day!! Finished good looks so beautiful and perfectly done and super quickly. Had a ring resized by the team here. I had to go up 6 sizes as my great Nan had very little fingers, the price and timeframe they turned the ring around in was fantastic. Excellent service and great pricing. Thanks! Will come back with anything else I need doing as know you will do a great job.
My watch needed a new bracelet pin - a simple procedure, IMO. I initially took it to a local watch repairers, who said they couldn't do it and that I would need to send it to the watch manufacturer to get that done. From experience of repairs and service to this watch, that would come at some cost. But I went in to the Jewellery Repair Centre and they repaired it very quickly and for just a Tenner. Very honest, courteous, reliable and highly recommended.
On 13th January I came to Jewellery Repair Centre shop via online searching in order to get my bracelet cleaned, repaired and to size which was a piece I've had for 15 years. This was the best decision I made in meeting these two gentlemen who know there craft and showed care with the profession they work in. I was amazed when receiving my bracelet back later in the day, it was like having a brand new bracelet. I was shocked and grateful and thankful. I already plan on getting more jewellery of mine repaired and cleaned because this service I experienced is not common with most jewellery shops today. I strongly recommend people will go this shop for there pieces of jewellery and trust me you will be amazed with the results shown from these two gentlemen craftsmanship. I just walked out of the store after having my ring polished and not even 2 minutes later the stone came off. Edit: I appreciate the follow up message so I am updating the review but I haven’t decided yet if I will bring it back for repair. It is true that it was already worn off but one would think that it gets double checked before a customers can collect it. Obviously giving the benefit of doubt I deleted most of my previous message.
I took three rings here recently for an assortment of repairs, one of which was given to me 58 years ago by my Mum, apart from my children this item of jewellery is the most precious possession I have so was a little nervous to say the least. I have collected it today and when I saw it I was totally speechless and a little emotional. Brian and his team made the most perfect repair and cleaned it back to its sparkling best. My other two rings were equally impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend these first rate craftsmen to anyone. Thank you to all concerned.
Took a necklace in to get the clasp replaced but it turned out that the existing one just need to be bent into place. Bryan did it then and there and didn't even charge for it. Really friendly and helpful staff! I've taken jewellery there before to be fixed and they always do a fantastic job and get it back to you as soon as possible. Highly recommend if you're in need of jewellery repair!
