Last Wednesday I went to collect my wedding band from Raman Jewellers as they polished it. A young lady assisted along with the gentleman who polished it ready ring for next day as I was travelling. I was so impressed with the service. The team was incredibly helpful. My ring looks a bit more shiny so l highly recommend this team for their efficiency and excellent customer service!

Extremely poor customer service, Staff were incredibly disrespectful and rude and prices were outrageous. Highly recommend not to step foot in this store if you don’t want to get scammed. It’s clear to see that your arrogant response to one negative review shows how truly “professional” you claim to be. Looking at how ignorant you are to overlook the truth that is being told allows me to question whether you are fit to even run a business. In the future i’d recommend learning how to treat your customers with respect & honesty. i’m glad that others will be able to see how “idiotic” and “childish” you’re own reaction has been over this issue rather than solving this the correct way.

Found them on TikTok, so many great choices according to your budget, great customer service as I was asking so much about the Jewellery. Mr Ginni has been so impatient with me. Once I confirmed my order it was delivered within 48 hours. Only reason not giving them 5 star is because their messaging service is a bit slow they should have more active staff online . Deffo be ordering sometime soon. Insha Allah
