   Bought a lovely bracelet today for my nephew’s 18th birthday. Narinder’s customer service skills were second to none she couldn’t have been more welcoming, approachable, polite and professional in helping me to choose the best bracelet at the very best price. She even got a colleague to try it on so that we could see what it would look and fit like on a gentleman’s wrist. I would highly recommend a visit to the Romford shop.

   Great shopping experience today. So many watches to look at. Picked up a nice gshock at a fantastic price for work. The assistant Vania was very helpful in arranging extra accidental damage insurance. Work can be extra hard even on a tough watch. Got a money off voucher in case I think about a non work watch

   Tried calling 3 days in a row (because I’m out of town) to return an item that was sent to the store. Called and seconds after calling again the line was busy. Honestly just want to return a ring I had sent there, which took 2 weeks…. So I instead bought it online and it took 24hrs to come.
