   I had such a lovely experience with Nadine. She was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to really understand what I was looking for. She suggested the perfect combination for a ring for myself, as well as a beautiful option for a Christmas present for my 22-year-old daughter. She even mentioned that she’s the same age as my daughter, which helped her give spot-on suggestions. Throughout the whole experience, she was genuinely customer-service focused, friendly, and attentive without ever being pushy. I truly appreciated her care and expertise—thank you, Nadine!

   My disabled sister visited this store today and was ignored by the sales staff, the sales person was repeatedly ask to address the customer by my sisters carer and repeatedly consulted the carer, eventually the carer walked away to force the sales associate to speak to the real customer (my sister) She left feeling invisible and un appreciated, she still ended up purchasing some pieces although I encouraged her afterwards to return the items and buy elsewhere! Please train your staff to not ignore disabled customers, she is upset by this interaction and I will not be shopping there in future

   Be Aware – Don’t Waste Your Money at Pandora! I spent a good amount of money on Pandora items, and within less than 30 days, they turned black and discoloured. I went to the Ilford branch for help — the staff were kind but clearly just following the area manager’s instructions. No refund, no exchange — only an offer to clean the items for free, but it would take 4–8 weeks! That’s completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer quality jewellery. I’m extremely disappointed and will be taking further action through a solicitor. Save your money — Pandora is not worth it!

   I came into Romford store yesterday with a voucher and wasn’t sure what I wanted at first and either how much was on my voucher. The two girls that was working was very helpful. Nadine checked how much was on my voucher and proceeded to help me look. Once I found what I wanted she let me try it on the ring and then processed to check out. She was very welcoming and very helpful and was talking to me which was nice.
