I don’t normally write reviews but had such a bad experience here I thought I’d better. We inadvertently missed one appointment and I apologised in person. The lady was very rude and unprofessional and refused to let us book in again. Just really bad customer service and a complete lack of understanding that sometimes things come up in life that you can’t plan for. In addition she made our Labrador quite nervous and has a harsh way about her, I’m not sure she likes dogs!
