   Good initial impression but amateurish follow-up. I had a 30 min+ call regarding an insurance product and had a good impression, but well over a week later, was given a brief dismissive phone call (only after I emailed them to ask what was going on). I suppose they could not find a product with high enough commission to make it worth their while.
