   Myself and my Wife are expecting our first child in December, and as we are about to become Parents we thought it was also about time we became adults too!! We decided it was wise to have Life Insurance & Critical Care insurance but were horrified at the prices when we looked online. We also were not 100% sure what levels of cover to get and nearly fell asleep by the time we had got half way through all of the small print. This is where Nick from Crystal comes in. Nick was kind enough to offer us an evening face-to-face consultation, and took the time to get to know us so that he could offer us a tailor-made package. He was friendly yet professional; relaxed yet efficient and this was greatly appreciated. The net result is that he has found us a policy which covers everything we need (and more) at a much more attractive price than we have found elsewhere. In short, I cannot recommend Nick highly enough (and in fact I have already recommended him to very good friends of mine and will shortly be back for a pension review.)
