I am extremely disappointed, let down and left incurring expenses due to the errors St. James Place have made in my dealings with them, which still remain unresolved. The worst fact of the matter is that my link to them has been created through the death of my late father and a complete lack of empathy exists within there business. - Miscommunication of vital facts - Inability to reply to emails - losing documents and not providing a solution - Inability to work to timescales they give - Administrative errors on vital documents - complete lack of empathy By comparison we have had dealings with other Financial institutions in this tough time who all 'get it.
