14th April 2025 Are there any humans working at Titan? Been urgently trying to call these people for a week and phone number keeps going to a voicemail box. There is no message on the voicemail so no idea who is listening to the message or if the message is being delivered to someone!!! I need to update my beneficiary on my pension!! Someone please get in touch and reply to my messages and email enquiry form! PLEASE!!
Surely the worst customer care in the business. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.
Honestly can’t give these people even 1 star but you have to, to post a review, not interested in helping once they have your money, ignore all your emails. My previous company didn’t not pay 13 payments of my pension and Aspira and the pension provider did absolutely nothing to help Couldn’t move away from them managing my fund quick enough Please use a big reputable company to manage such an import part of your future
