   The most awful estate agents avoid at all costs. Rented a property through them fully furnished and the lost the inventory list, all of the furniture was sold on by the tenants, police had to kick the house door in, they did zero checks on the tenants and we had to get bailiffs in. House was destroyed inside and they still wanted to not return the deposit. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

   Not recommended this estate agents at all. Poor service and non cooperative staff. Especially the property which they got at Clayton Road Ground floor Hayes. I used to live at that property and the situation of the property was miserable. Full of mould and damp. Never fix anything at that property by this estate agents on time. Always I used to call and email them again and again for the same reason and they got one answer "LANDLORD IS NOT RESPONDING, WE ARE STILL WAITING" lame excuses!! At the end when no other option left to me, I had to reported to council to sort out my problems for this dirty, mouldy and miserable property at Clayton Road Ground floor. Moreover, they are a big liar aswell. They cheated on me with my deposit also. They will never ever admit their own mistake and they will never accept what they says to you. I am thankful to God that I moved out from this property and left this estate agents. Terrible experience of my life!! Please avoid this estate agents.

   After finishing countract, try to keep all deposid. Reason was maitanaces cost for pipes making strange sound witch was in the wall. Also rented time there was shower leak witch start damaging wall from another side. They fix shower after good month but wall from another side was left to me to fix.

   I would like to personally thank Zak & Jagz for all the support for which they willingly provided throughout out my purchase. I was a First Time Buyer and came to Reinhardt to view a Flat. There was a very welcoming atmosphere within the office and the team were very friendly. Not only was I well presented a Flat, I was also informed about which local mortgage brokers and solicitors were of good use - within reach of location and price range. My only regret was I did not use the solicitors recommended. (Zak knows best!) My purchase was very stressful and emotional at times. This was due to the delays caused by the solicitors of both parties. However, Zak was always a call away from keeping me updated and regularly reassured me with updates. I received more updates from Zak than I did my own solicitor. After almost 6 months, we eventually completed this purchase and I will never forget how supportive Zak & Jagz were the entire time. The best part of their service was their personal touch. I would highly recommend this devoted team of Estate Agents.
