   Tracy has worked with Family Wise since September 2021, and I can hand on heart say she has been amazing! Tracy has gone above and beyond (and a little bit further than that at times) to support me in getting our existing accounts system running as it should and it has been at times for me, a daunting task but as Tracy quoted “I like a challenge!” and a challenge she has had. Tracy has visited the FWL offices regularly over the past 8 months and spent several days in the office. Being able to meet regularly face to face has been beneficial and I know she is always at the end of the phone or an email. The new financial year has seen us move to Xero for accounting and payroll and Tracy (and now Jenny) have worked tirelessly behind the scenes for Family Wise. I would highly recommend Sapphire Finance Limited to anyone in need of book-keeping services.

Tracy was a great listener and understood my multiple income stream accounts and really helpful in saying what I could and could not claim for.
