I have loved my time at the guild so far. The location is really good, very close to the station and to the town centre, and the facilities are great. The communal working areas, kitchen, gym and cinema room are really well kept, and the atmosphere is overall very welcoming. The community manager Gino has been especially welcoming and is always very friendly and attentive. The weekly social event organised by him really create a sense of community between residents, overall I would 100% recommend living here!

Lovely accommodation. The staff are super friendly, easy to talk to, and always ready to help with anything. The maintenance team is amazing and fixes issues really quickly. They also do a great job at making residents feel welcome by planning fun activities and creating a nice community vibe, shoutout to the community manager Gino for always taking care of us. I’d definitely recommend living here

I’ve lived at The Guild for just over two years and it’s been a really good experience. It is located only about 10 minutes from the main line station, makes commuting / travel quite convenient. The building feels safe, security is solid, and any issues get sorted quickly. Deliveries are always handled smoothly too, which makes day-to-day life a lot easier. The facilities are a big plus — the gym with the studio/yoga space, the cinema, make it feel like more than just an apartment building. It’s also super handy having things like printing available for admin bits. Special shoutout to the lovely staff around the building from reception to maintenance, in particular Gino and Sammie — they’re always helpful, friendly, and make the place feel really welcoming. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Guild if you’re looking for somewhere secure, convenient, and well looked after.

I’ve been living at The Guild by Morro for one year now, and my experience has been excellent. I would like to give a special compliment to Gino, who has made my life so much easier as I adjusted to a new place. His professional service, friendly advice, and genuine support have been invaluable. The events organized in the Guild are also outstanding – they create a real sense of community and make this place feel like home. I’m truly grateful for the care and effort from the team, especially Gino. Highly recommended!

An Exceptional Living Experience – Would Stay Forever! Living at Morro has been an absolute joy. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not just another apartment—it’s thoughtfully designed, high-end, and anything but generic. The lobby, lighting, and overall atmosphere create a welcoming yet sophisticated feel. The facilities are outstanding—a top-tier gym, cinema, and laundry room, plus a 24-hour parcel room that makes receiving deliveries completely stress-free. Everything is designed for convenience and peace of mind. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The response time is incredibly fast—every time I needed assistance, help arrived within minutes. The staff, from reception to maintenance, are genuinely helpful and proactive. A special thanks to Gio and Samita, whose support made my move-out process smooth and hassle-free. Inside the apartment, everything feels premium—from the high-quality appliances to the exceptional soundproofing. Even in winter, the insulation is so good that I rarely needed to turn on the heating. If I didn’t have to move for work, I would happily stay here forever. This is hands down one of the best places to live, and I hope they open a new location in West London soon!

Excellent stay. It would not be too much to call this place flawless. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is extremely well maintained and sparkling clean. Interior of the whole property is very appealing. Good community overall so I felt very comfortable despite of being an introvert. Perfect location, everything is nearby and in walking distance. Studios are very nice, airy, bright and spacious. Other things I liked are as follows: 1. Free room cleaning for once in every two weeks. 2. Free bakery items and drinks (juices, beer, soft drinks etc) everyday. 3. Personal balcony for all the studios on the top floor. 4. Short term contracts are provided and are very flexible with extending contracts. Few suggestions: 1. May be install stronger heating (resp. air conditioning) as top floor studios get extremely cold (resp. hot). 2. TVs in the studios would be nice. I would definitely stay here again if I get to move to Guilford in future. Highly recommended!

Great 1st flat parking v expensive at £200 per month. Ideally situated for university of law and Surrey university. Good communal area

Perfect location if you want to live in Guildford. 10 minutes walk to town center and University of Surrey. The building are equipped with minimalistic and modern style library, gym, cinema, free laundry room and communal lounge area. There’s also a nice mini park with outdoor exercise equipments. The rent is expensive but you get the best value of your money. It’s hassle free living. Utility bills and everything are included except for council tax. The rooms are decent size, beautifully furnished and great for a single occupant. Housekeeper can be booked with no charge every two weeks. There’s free pastries every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There’s also a social night every Friday evening to meet your neighbors and gain new friends. There’s a 24 hours reception and the community team working in the building are very accommodating. Overall, it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this place for young professionals who want a modern, simple and peaceful place in the heart of Guildford.

The building itself is quite pretty, however they clearly need to revisit their marketing strategies as they do not fulfill on their promises to residents. At any given time one of their perks (washing room, cinema or gym) is down for maintenance with no clear fix time in sight. They routinely will not inform residents of essential maintenance, using email system being down as their excuse. The pricing of the rooms is inconsistent and the rooms are not worth the hefty price tag. To scapes benefit their maintenance team is top notch as they fix things as quickly as possible (that being if management orders the parts they need). All and all, I would not recommend as they will create more stress for you than you may want.

The team are very kind, polite and accommodating. They provide breakfast in the mornings, the building is cleaned regularly, the cinema is as good as high street cinemas, arguably even better and the gym has great equipment. I really appreciate the weekly emails that residents also receive to give an update on events happening within the building and the recommendations of things to do in town. I’ve enjoyed living here and have no regrets about my experience!
