   We are new to Abacus Money Management Ltd and i have to say it was the best decision we have made. We were not happy with our pension provider so decided to switch to Abacus Money the process has been long and very complicated at times, Noel and his team effortlessly guided us through the transfer, they kept us informed at all times through emails and phone calls, They were always on the end of the phone if we had questions nothing was to much trouble. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with Noel and his team. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Abacus Money Management Ltd. Tony & Christine.

   Poor recording of personal information and documents (against GDPR regulations), very slow processing of Will and Testaments, very shady working practices like constant excuses and blaming delays on everyone else and “the system”. Avoid like the plague

   Since the early 2000s, Noel Greaves has been handling my pension investments, firstly through a Company plan and following a job change in 2007, a SIPP.    Be very wary of Abacus Money Management Ltd in Tewkesbury. The incompetence of owner Noel Greaves is absolutely unbelievable. To transfer my pension to another source he said would take 8 weeks. A year on and mistake after mistake and total disregard for anything and anyone he has ruined my pension transfer. From the start he failed to research my company pension scheme rules so recommended a totally unsuitable destination for my £600,000 cash transfer value. This was followed with missed deadlines, no ones fault but his, a breach of confidentiality followed by lies leaving my pension and retirement plans completely ruined, hence I am still working. Whilst the Financial Ombudsman proved Noel Greaves totally responsible for his errors and ordered him to pay back my upfront £6,000 fee plus £750 for my distress, the £160,000 I've lost through Noel Greaves failures is gone forever. I assume he sleeps at night, I don't! I've no doubt he will contest my review as thats what he does despite his catalogue of catastrophies. He's more than happy to manipulate things and claim I haven't lost out when there's no doubt I have lost out. Had I engaged someone else, that was capable of transfering my pension then I would of had the full value of my pot when rates were at record highs not at the 20 year low when his failings came to a head and that the transfer was doomed from day one anyway. Check out the Financial Ombudsman's final decision ref DRN 4189936, you will see who's to blame and who's being truthful.
