   This company has emailed me the account and log in details for a stranger. I have put in details that were emailed to me and now I have access to a strangers account. Would not trust these irresponsible people!

   A terrible company to deal with. Have asked to have my funds transferred to my pension...To date and now well over 6 months, still waiting. Have filled in forms, complied with their regulations and procedures, sending messages, making telephone calls...had my pension provider call them, still nothing...Absolutely useless and a complete waste of time, would not recommend this company to anyone.

   I Would not recommend this company at all. They lie to you on the phone. I’ve been passed from Pilar to post and I’m still no we’re near settling my case after 6 months of trying. Be aware I’d go to another company if you are thinking of going with ascentric I wish I had of seen the reviews 1st.

   Very, very poor service. Utterly incompetent in the basics of their business. Deposits into and transfers from my account became 'lost in the system' multiple times. Almost too often for it to be pure incompetence... I had to maintain constant vigilance with every detail to safeguard my assets - clearly this goes entirely against the concept and purpose of an investment platform.
