   John really did go above and beyond for us in our first ever mortgage application and life insurance policy as first time buyers. He took the stress completely out of the process especially as our circumstances weren’t entirely straightforward. John took any of our curve ball questions in his stride and nothing was too much trouble! He is personable and friendly, taking time to explain things in terms that we can understand. He is also not pushy in the slightest - we decided to take out our own buildings insurance separately which John was completely fine with. Communication was excellent keeping us updated throughout. We would DEFINITELY recommend John to anyone requiring a mortgage or insurance. We will certainly be returning when it’s time for renewal!

   Where do I begin? From start to finish, John has been super helpful in mortgage advice, life insurance, trusts, general tips, the list goes on.
