Not for once I have ever felt, the customer was not their priority. Every time I have had an enquiry whether it was for mortgage, insurances or any other financial advice/services, Andy has always been responsive and making all the necessary actions promptly.    I've been using John and his team for almost 2 years now before and after transferring a pension out. The advice has always been honest, forthright and to day spot on. There is no such thing as a stupid question when dealing with them, and every question I have had has been answered, and any difficulty understanding some of the more obtuse financial terminology and processes have been simplified and made beautifully clear. Pensions are complex and slippery beasts so it's good to know I am being advised from a position of both knowledge and experience.

   I was given very professional and independent advice on financial planning for retirement. This was followed up an easily understood fund management package that is now taking care of my pension investments. John gives very clear and easily understood advice and at the [free] consultation session there was no pressure to proceed. Fees, should you take up any of the proffered options, are clearly explained and significantly lower than i was quoted elsewhere. Previously, Andy, the mortgage adviser arranged a very favorable and long term fixed rate for me on my current property. I would definitely recommend this company.
