I would not recommend living in one of Caridon's properties. I was living in a block of flats. They put you living with ex offenders, who have been in prison. This is an extremely dangerous environment to live in. I have seen some of these ex offenders carrying big kitchen knives in their rooms. These people are more then capable of killing someone. You could actually be killed in living in one of Caridon's property. I am not kidding. Also the staff are very rude and unprofessional. When you send emails to them, they don’t bother replying. And they do not give you the help you need. There was one manager whose name was Simone. She was extremely rude. In all my life I have never come across a woman as rude as her. Living in Caridon's properties is like living in a prison. The rooms are very tiny. There are always issues with other tenants, arguments, fights, etc. If you are an ex offender, who have been in prison, this is the environment for you. If you are just a normal vulnerable person, like I was, this is not the environment for you. I would strongly suggest, look elsewhere for accommodation. This rubbish organisation has completely ruined my life, and has made my mental health problems worse. AND THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! AND THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY EVICT YOU. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS EVICTED FROM ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES LAST DECEMBER 2024. THIS WAS ON CHRISTMAS WEEK! THEY ONLY GAVE ME 5 DAYS TO LEAVE THE PREMISES, WHICH WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME AS CHRISTMAS AND BOXING DAY EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED. ON THE DAY I HAD TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY THEY MADE ME HOMELESS. THEY SHOULD NOT DO THAT TO A VULNERABLE MENTALLY ILL PERSON LIKE ME! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU BECOMING HOMELESS WITH NOWHERE TO GO. AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES A CHARITY. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! OTHER TENANTS JUST LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK FOR THIS CRAP COMPANY FOR THE SAKE OF IT, AND ARE NOT REALLY AWARE OF HOW THE COMPANY OPERATES! MY FEEDBACK IS TRUE AND GENUINE! ONCE YOU TAKE THEIR PROPERTY, AND LIVE THERE, YOU LIFE WILL BE COMPLETELY RUINED, AND IT WILL BE TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, SO I STRONGLY ADVISE, DO NOT TAKE THE PROPERTY IN THE FIRST PLACE!
I’m fleeing domestic abuse I have a learning disability called ADHD which makes explaining things very difficult. I had my complex housing advocate send a referral in two weeks ago since then not one bit of communication please Caridon this doesn’t feel very nice for me to be in a place with a person who mentally abuses me touches me when I’m asleep when I wake up to say this is inappropriate she starts a huge argument I actually live in fear 24/7 is it now socially unacceptable for men to be abused and left alone. I’m only communicating my feelings and thoughts no offence intended please Caridon let me feel heard because I’m not coming to take drugs and drink alcohol this is meant to be a new start and a new me so please don’t ignore me anymore thank you for everything you do for others like me please let me be one of your positive stories thank you for reading this my name is Sean have a pleasant day

Arranged viewing and the agent (Malik) was nice enough to not show-up. Viewing was arranged on the weekend also so no chance to ring their office at all. Would not recommend them at all, booking viewings and having no intentions of showing up - ridiculous customer service.
The staff here are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. I’d heard a lot of bad reviews about living here but they couldn’t be more wrong. My flat was clean and tidy when I viewed it, moving in was fast and painless, the staff are friendly and so are the residents. Also having a small play area for the children is great.
Absolutely disgraceful. Barely cleaned, rats everywhere. Mouldy rooms, rude staff. Never been so depressed in my life. I have never met worse people before.
