   My mum was recommended to use Kevin Hurlow of Responsible Life to set up an Equity Release mortgage. He promptly made an appointment with us and talked her through the whole process and was very patient with all her questions. Kevin was really friendly annd we felt ant ease with his company. He gave us time to think it over and wasn’t pressurising at all. He was always at the end of the phone or email when we needed him. He arranged the solicitor’s appointment on our behalf and checked in regularly to update us throughout the process. We would highly recommend Kevin for lending advice.
