   I needed financial help in preparing for retirement during lockdown. I put out a request on line for help and was contacted by JEdward Sellars. They allocated Joe chillingworth to me who has been absolutely superb. I am briefed annually on my pension and asked for any changes to plans that might be due to circumstances or health . Joe has given help and advice where I needed it and has always been on hand for any ad-hoc quesions. I cannot fault the comapny, they have been extrmely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

   I’d never worked with a financial advisor before, so I was a bit nervous. But after my initial phone call with Thomas, I felt instantly at ease. He took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve with my inheritance. Thomas then visited my home to go through everything in detail, followed by an online meeting where we explored my options. He explained each step clearly, ensured I felt informed, and never once pressured me into making a decision. I now feel far more confident about my financial future and know I have someone I can rely on. I feel supported every step of the way, and with yearly reviews planned, I’m reassured that we’ll stay on track together."

   I had a phone call and meeting with Andrew Hooper in mid March then early April to discuss my substantial investments and IHT situation. He was to send me an initial report within 2 or 3 weeks. I could then pay for a full report . I have hear nothing since from either Andrew Hooper or J Edward Sellers. I now understand from google reviews that he has left the company. No one from J Edward Sellers has bothered to contact me. Not a good advert for a financial advice firm.

   We have been with you since 2018 and our investments have kept their head above water through Covid and the Truss financial problem. Cannot leave a review about Tom Harvey as haven't yet meet him following the departure of Andrew Hooper.Our first meeting with Tom is on the 16th June. Rod & Diane Bishop
