I don't think the Nailsworth branch are interested in working with individuals i.e. I am not a company. They took ages to call back and since the call the promised email has not arrived. I would have preferred it if they had just said they were not interested, frankly.

I recently transferred over to TaxAssist with Shane in Nailsworth and it was made a very easy process. They are very helpfull and able to explain in layman's terms, so I'm finally understanding a lot better how the accounts work. Also very reasonably priced and are happy to work with many accounting programs such as Xero and Quickbooks which also makes life a lot easier.
