Possibly the worst experience I’ve had with an accountant- Took payment for over £400 then failed to acknowledge any correspondence for a week (5 emails) and said it had been due to an office flood (however most staff work remotely, so slightly perplexed by this justification) - Their Director, Anna demonstrated no level of professionalism and was frankly rude. Whilst trying to obtain my refund she told me she was busy and hung up. DO NOT USE!

Infuriating & disappointing. The "advice" I received was unfit for purpose; at best unhelpful and at worst incompliant. If you're expecting advice tailored to your situation, go elsewhere. To add insult, they've also informed me they will be keeping the monthly installments I paid already, despite me having no intention of engaging them for my end of year return.
