This is the first time I have used an Accountants for my tax return. Sam has been amazing, even though I managed to undo a lot of his work, trying to be helpful. Sorry again Sam. Shocking accountants. I am left with a whole bunch of issues including my HMRC account not being set up properly inclusive of not even setting up "Make Tax Digital" My new accountants have basically had to set me up again properly, despite being with NASA for 2 years. They take your money every month, but then are the first to say "but we sent you an email" - thanks I get hundreds of emails a day. Their systems are old and not automated reminders are in place etc. By the end I had some undergraduate - correct had not graduated yet handling my account. Would avoid this company at all cost! Glad I moved on to get a proper accountant.
