It is a very personal business relationship where they get to know you and advise Not once did i feel that Melrose didnt care or we had to wait too long for a reply to a question.    We have used Melrose Group for almost 5 years, following a recommendation. As our business has grown over the 5 years, we have utilized many of the services Melrose offer including their general accounts service, payroll and tax advice team. We have found all departments to be very helpful and informative. Our Melrose business partner, Mark, is always available on the phone and will visit any of our sites as required. Having ran his own multiple operation pub business, Mark is very knowledgeable of our business and industry. Shelley, our payroll specialist, is also very helpful with all payroll matters and always goes above and beyond, to ensure our payroll is accurate each month.

   Well, firstly Mike Jones. Pains me to admit he's a very affable chap and nearly always right!!! He's been a great help to my pub business, he talks in simple terms which I'm happy to admit is the only way I can possibly understand so I can most definitely recommend him . I've also used the Payroll office. Dealing mostly with Abi and she has also given me great guidance, especially with the Covid/Furlough situation. All in all everyone that I've dealt with at Melrose have been very willing to help with any queries and I'm constantly updated me with emails during the ongoing Covid situation. So if you're looking for a tight knit accountancy firm I don't think you will go far wrong with Melrose

   During Covid crisis and for the last 25 years, my partner and I have used Melrose for all our accountancy needs. From Payroll and training to Stock Control and even pub purchases. The service is always professional and you can always contact someone for advise (usually free) once you are a valued customer. Which I can assure you is everyone! But, during this crisis of lock downs and uncertainty there has always been someone on the phone for payroll and regular updates from department heads about the government aide available to the trade and self employed . Assistance from an account manager and even, when the furlough process took the office down to bare staff, a partner on the end of the phone to assure us worry warts. In short if your after buying a pub, Melrose really are a one stop shop for you.
