    Disaster. Creates problems for you so he can make a good bit more corresponding with HMRC on your behalf. Jumps in and provides you service you did not ask for and charges you 600 pounds for about an hour his time forwarding your emails to HMRC claiming it was 11 hours or so. Changed accountants after that. It's been a few years, haven't had a problem since. If your decide to pick him, great choice!
