My worst nightmare unclean ,unhelpful unhappy staff more interested talking about celebrity trators. Changing facilities are horrendous and stinks off *-'T. apart from that, all is fine on front get trained better in customer orientation. Pool is packed most of the time of kids screeching
Very disappointing experience. The pool is always overcrowded, with far too many children in each class, making lessons chaotic and unproductive. Staff spend more time chatting to each other than supervising properly, and the manager doesn’t seem interested in what’s going on. Reception is poorly run. The staff constantly leave the desk to go back to the pool for conversations with instructors, leaving no one available to help customers. It looks completely unorganised and unprofessional. Many instructors have strong accents, which makes it hard for the younger children to understand instructions during lessons. Combined with the noise and crowding, it creates confusion and frustration. The changing rooms smell unpleasant and look like they haven’t had a proper clean in ages. The showers barely work, and the whole area feels neglected. Parking is also difficult, which adds to the poor experience. This place could be a great local pool if management actually cared about organisation, cleanliness, and customer service but at the moment, it feels like no one is paying attention.
I am extremely frustrated with the staff at Hatch End Swimming Pool. I paid for a lifeguard lesson for my daughter, but she fell ill on the day and couldn't attend. When I called to reschedule, one staff member rudely told me that I would need to pay an extra £100, while others staff offered to reschedule at no cost. I decided to cancel and requested a full refund, but was told I needed to speak with the general manager, who is currently on holiday. I have tried reaching out to another location without success. All I want is my money back. I would strongly advise to all xtra careful and not recommend this swimming pool .
Rude staff. Especially the manager Charlotte who doesn't respond to emails. Booked the pool with all lanes open. Confirmed on the phone and online booking but a personal class started half way through our season and blocked off a lane. During the summer holidays, all the children were at the shallow end. But there was no space to move. Approached the manager to say you had confirmed there was no classes but she said it's a private class. She confirmed they had gone against what they advertised and that was final. Ridiculous service. Complaints process useless because they don't respond.
Wouldn’t recommend going to this pool. The paint in the pool is chipping almost everywhere making it feel quite unhygienic. There are almost no changing rooms. The space is really cramped and doesn’t look well kept. This is not an enjoyable place to swim, if you’re looking for another Everyone’s Active pool close by I recommend South Oxhey.
Disappointed. Went back here after taking a break for a year. After just one month of resuming lessons, they are suddenly closing for two months. Only gave us a few days notice after taking a membership fee and two months upfront. Can’t even get through to anyone on the phone. Unprofessional, disorganised, I don’t know why we bother coming back.
Fantastic Swimming Pool. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The front desk is so welcoming to customers. Lifeguards are always on hand to help and make all the customers feel welcome.
Pool is not clean. Full of hair and other dirt floating. Changing room is smelly and cramped. The whole place looks disorganised.
My son enjoys his swimming lessons here. He has had some fantastic teachers over the years, such as Carmel, Amit and Sushma. He is now in stage 6 and much of the credit goes to his fabulous swimming teachers. The only negative point is that children are sometimes held back in a stage for too long! In terms of the front desk staff, I have found the operations manager, Emilio to be extremely helpful recently. Emilio took the time and effort to help me with an issue with my everyone active app and although this has not been rectified, I know he is trying to get it resolved for me as soon as possible and I appreciate his time and effort with that. Excellent customer service.
Very dirty pool.Hairs and dust can be seen floating in the water. Shower rooms and washrooms are unheiginic and smelly. I have been to many swimming pools in London but this was the smallest and dirtiest one. Staff seemed good but they don't stop people in shoes going near to pool washing their feet and making it more dirty. I cancelled after first visit.
