Says it closes at 10pm I’m here on a Friday at 8:40 getting chucked out the sauna. They’ve replaced the hairdryers with cold ones that blow half the amount of air. Water fountain hasn’t worked in 2 years. Worst everyone active by a mile

I cannot express show filthy this leisure centre is. If you plan on swimming be prepared - never ever walk bare foot here! I dont think its ever been properly cleaned, mould in the showers and mud/hair on the floors. It really needs an inspector to visit and the manager needs to be fired before someone gets ill or before an incident occurs in the pool- the lifeguards are too young and easily distracted. I have no idea how they've been able to stay open. The lads on reception are all very young and completely unbothered by their job. They are letting ANYONE through the barriers without checking their membership. Random people allowed to walk in and go through changing rooms with children (they are clearly not going to swim or workout). Do not leave your child out of sight please. It really does sound like im exaggerating but I promise I'm not and something needs to be done now! I am going to report them for so many basic breaches of health and safety. Plus they aren't even cheap- kids swimming lessons £48 a month. Please avoid if you can, its not worth the risk.

Absolutely disgusting, unhygienic, filthy and run down! Like a council Jeremy Kyle leisure centre with poor, tiny facilities. Water and dirt all on floor, changing rooms filthy and soaking too. Everything broken or missing. Showers blocked and moldy. Used the sauna and was squashed in with Watford's finest. Got a free day pass and felt robbed!

They are doing an over haul of this centre. Waited 15mins to park as they put on disabled spaces where about 8 spaces used to be. The staff are very friendly . But had to ask 4 different staff to put in toilet paper into the upstairs ladies and still reqest got ignored. It's going down hill fast.. the centre was convenient.. but I can't deal with stress before a gym session. So for me I be using another centre

I recently received a call from your staff regarding my membership cancellation. When I began explaining that the gym area was smaller than expected and didn’t meet my needs, the call was abruptly ended before I could finish. I found this quite rude and disappointing. I believe every member’s feedback—especially when offered respectfully—should be heard and acknowledged. I hope this isn’t reflective of how customer concerns are typically handled.

You can find all the necessary equipment in the gym, it is tidy and clean. I haven't tried the pool yet but I am really curious to do that. I strongly recommend Everyone Active, the company also has a great mobile application.

In terms of facilities this place is ok - generally clean and well staffed. We had our children attend swimming lessons here for over a year, and as always the quality of the lessons is very dependent on the teacher. Unfortunately the teacher we had was not nice - she describes herself as strict but is actually just very negative and really doesn't seem to want to be there. It is very rare for any praise or encouragement to be given - the only way children can tell if they are doing ok is the lack of being corrected consantly. Some weeks the only instruction she gives is the next stroke to do - she really doesn't seem to enjoy teaching at all and just barks at the children. We perservered in the hopes that our children would be moved up to another lesson with a different teaacher, but all that has happened is that our children now dread swimming lessons. We have now moved them to a different centre so they know they won't have that teacher again - I don't want them put off swimming any more than they have already been and they had made next to no progress in over a year.

Ever time we go to play badminton even today 21.01.22 it's whole court very dirty and slippery like a mud dried and turn in to sand no health and safety concerns at whole. l have been few Time told the member of staff it's seems like no body care. Very very dangerous.

Really nice place if you want to go to the gym at any time of the day. They have a very high quality of different equipment that you can use. The staff here are also very friendly and welcoming. The gym classes are also really helpful and great for everyone who wants to achieve their goals. The personal trainers are also very friendly and motivating when it comes to their classes. 5 stars all around!

Friday front of house staff / lady with grey hair (didn’t catch her name)! Was superb! Excellent customer service skills, really polite and friendly and just so welcoming unlike other staff when I have visited. She is really hard working and really knows her job! Highly recommended place just all staff need to be friendly and welcoming like her.
