The website is set up to portrait that it’s a professional organisation This is not the case. Paul who is the director and main person here is deceitful and fraudulent. He lacks integrity and honesty. Having had an agreement with him to complete some accounting, he has taken my money and done very little to get it done in time. He has since disappeared with my money and personal details. His actions costed me significant financial loss and wasted time. This is not a professional organisation and should really be reported to authorities. I am not even sure if Paul himself is a registered or qualified to so this work. I am having to take legal action to recover my money. I question if the other reviews are real or fake.
Paul, Nikki and the Team are always on hand to help and bring that wealth of knowledge that is necessary for any business owner. They stay on top of everything so that we can focus on running our business.
I have worked with Lite tax for 14 years and everything has been done in a timely manner. Why change when you get good service and a knowledgeable accountant. Yes that costs money and for me its worth every penny knowing I have someone looking after me.
Has been paid money from HMRC and not returned it to the claimant. Shared details of other customers (serious GDPR breach). Was more expensive so expected a better service, but have been ripped off and let down. Stay clear!
