   I've had various issues about my business going round and round in my head, trying to decide what to do and needed someone to be able to splurge them out to. Kate Gloudeman was just the person! She was able to listen clearly, no need for me to repeat myself, ever. She held all the information in her mind and offered me some excellent solutions and ideas, that I hadn't been able to do on my own. I was really impressed, and came away a lot clearer in my way forward. Thoroughly recommend!

   Kate came to us as a Firefighter! Setting up a new business has kept us extremely busy and the thing we lacked more than anything was the experience to keep our accounts up to date. Even though I had experience of Quickbooks I had no idea of the complexity of keeping records in a retail environment where invoices were coming in thick and fast and spending, at the least, matched it! We quickly became overwhelmed and needed help. Kate came in and very quickly sorted through the crux of our issues and set us straight. She took time to train us in the nuances of QB's and has always been patiently at the end of the phone when needed. We would highly recommend Kate, if you need support give her a shout!

   Running a community shop means lots of available enthusiasm but not necessarily a lot of expertise. When we found that our accounts were not as up to date and complete as they should have been with a VAT return looming, we asked on the community shop forums for recommendations and Kate's name came up as someone who could help. Kate could not have been more helpful in both understanding the issues we faced and being patient with me in guiding me through what would be required to resolve the problems. This meant understanding my capabilities for entering the missing information and teaching me how to get the most out of the software while also addressing the more complex issues which created the problem to begin with to ensure an accurate quarterly VAT return. Having a problem with your accounts and not knowing how to resolve them with immovable deadlines looming will cause considerable anxiety. This only gets worse when it is for a voluntary organisation which has also turned into a lifeline for the community in these strange COVID times. Kate was able to bring resolution to the problems with our accounts and allowed me to get on with addressing the problems I am good at fixing with maintain the shop. She also did this at agreed times which were convenient to me as I still had the day job to do. For this I am most grateful.

   I moved over the Kate at Sprout 18 months ago to take care of my Self Assessment. Since then she has got all my accounts onto Quickbooks and explained how to update and maintain. She has answered all my queries and enabled me to make more informed decisions about my business as I am able to see my accounts clearly. Couldn't recommend her enough.
