   Genuinely terrible and extremely stressful experience with Bernard - not sure really where to start! Did the bare minimum and was always really patronising and condescending. Disorganised to the point where he phoned us to explain that we had to pay a fine of several thousands of pounds because of some late filing - we always followed his instructions and guidance yet we were meant to be responsible for this!!! Turns out his calculations were wrong (and he was wrong) and the late fee was only a couple of hundred pounds. We have had to pay this. When we spoke to him about this situation he proceeded to shout at us - never have I worked with anyone so rude. When we explained we would be moving accountants, he started with-holding documents that we had paid for. This went on for weeks and Sue who he works with him was left to deal with it all. She was always so lovely and helpful and we appreciate all she did for us. Even after our new accountant got in touch with Bernard, he also refused to send the necessary paperwork to swap over, despite us having paid up fully. Would never recommend him to anyone!
