   James and his team are both efficient and passionate about their work. Ours was an older property that needed quite a bit of repair after storm damage and general ageing/wear and tear.    James has done an excellent job with lime plastering inside our property, in addition to several other varied jobs (replacing garden gates, fixing some gaps and cracks in external render, updating a house alarm/security system). Communication has been fabulous, as has been the quality of all work, and James is a pleasant and professional person to have around.    We recently moved to Bristol and James has done a number of pieces of work for us now as we get our new house sorted out. He has fitted a new doorbell and postbox, painted our front door, renovated our under stairs cupboard, fitted new exterior lights and a number of other things. In all cases James has done excellent quality work for the price agreed in advance, and we will definitely be using him again in future. James is also a polite, friendly and professional person, and a pleasure to have in the house. Recommended.

   I contacted CJ Home Maintenance early this year regarding various work that needed to be done, having read some very good reviews. James has since insulated the loft and successfully carried out repairs to the garage roof which was leaking badly in several places. Both jobs were carried out promptly and to a high standard. We have agreed on other work that needs to be carried out in the near future. James is a multi skilled professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

   We hired James and his partner Tim to rip out our hedge and put up a fence. They were very professional and the fence is set with concrete posts and very sturdy. We also hired them to come back and build our shed and again, very prompt and professional. I should note this wasn't an easy job as of where we wanted the shed put up. But they looked at the situation and decided the best course of action to get the shed up and safely. Had no problems with any work James has done for us.
