   Appalling doesn’t even begin to cover it. Simon from Home Improvements is an absolute cowboy chancer who should be avoided at all costs. My mother contacted him for a quote and right from the start his behaviour was unprofessional. He said he could come that very same afternoon (a red flag straight away) or the next day, promising to confirm. He didn’t bother. Instead, he turned up unannounced at 9:45am the following morning, with zero communication. When my mother politely explained it wasn’t convenient, he reacted like a spoilt teenager – throwing a tantrum, sulking, and storming off the drive in a strop. When I called him to address his disgraceful behaviour, he doubled down — rude, condescending, and arrogant to the core. There was no sign-written van, no professional appearance, nothing to suggest he is a legitimate tradesman. The whole thing screamed untrustworthy cowboy outfit. If this is how he acts at the quoting stage, imagine the disaster of actually handing him money. He clearly has no respect for clients, no professionalism, and no business operating in people’s homes. I will be reporting him to Which?, but let this review be a warning: do not waste your time, your energy, or your money on this man. There are plenty of genuine, hard-working tradespeople out there — Simon is absolutely not one of them. Avoid him like the plague.

2. ANDROID “Don't worry be happy” MAPS ★★★★★

   A professional, skilled workforce, competively priced, for total peace if mind absolutely - I cannot recommend these guys enough. Refreshing a firm which actually delivers. Top notch work - no hesitation in recommending them. Did work on time to a very high spec, cleaned up after each day, as it should be. Well done Simon, Justin and Simon. I will be back!
