   I cannot praise Luke enough. He completely revamped my downstairs toilet room and took every care to get things right. His standard of work is high and at the end of each working day made sure things were clean and tidy. He is a very well mannered, polite and respectful person. I would not hesitate in recommending Luke and will definitely have him do further jobs that need doing in our home.

   When we were looking to refit our en-suite and main bathroom, Luke came highly recommended, which was very important to us. He provided an estimate for both refits and assisted us in choices where needed as we didn't really have a set idea of what we wanted, we just knew we wanted it all ripped out and replaced! We had to wait almost a year to get started as Luke is in high demand, however both jobs were performed back to back over the course of a month. Both Luke and James were very friendly and approachable. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day without fail and above all delivered both refits to a very high standard. They also assisted with a couple of other issues around the house whilst they were here! All the work came in on estimate too, which is always nice! Following the work we had a minor issue with a creaky floor in our en-suite, and to Lukes credit he came back and sorted it with no fuss at all. We will definitely look to use Luke and James again for some future home improvements.

   The service we experienced from Luke start to finish was brilliant. Luke was easy to contact and happy to help us. We are so pleased with his work on our bathroom, he laid new Lino flooring, re-sealed around our bath, installed a new front bath panel and a couple extra bits to ensure a neat finish. We are so pleased! Would highly recommend Luke and his team!

   Luke and Thomas completely renovated one bathroom and another shower room for us. All old fixtures and fittings removed and replaced with new , both rooms retiled, wall and floor , new radiators fitted with electric mirrors in both rooms . Completely transformed two dated bathrooms to look completely amazing , modern and very stylish . Very Professional job from start to finish , i highly recommend Project Maintenance to anyone , and i have already booked them to come back and retile my kitchen . Many thanks Luke for a fabulous job.

   Fabulous!!! Luke did a complete refit of our girls bathroom for us over a period of days. Thankfully he was not phased by any of the gotchas thrown at him by working on a twenty year old Barret house with down pipes that sloped up and sink units that fitted against a sloping stair well. A great friendly person to have in your home working and always happy to chat about what he is doing and how, so long as gets a cup of tea each time! The results of his hard work are outstanding and brought a tear to the wife's eye at the big reveal. If you are looking for a reliable, thorough craftsman with an eye for details and that "it will be done right" attitude then Luke's your man. We are already planning his next visit to do our en-suite in the new year. Thank you Luke!
