   Expensive, was ok, however after 8 months, no progression with child's swimming. It was just the same repeat activities. We were given only couple days notice that the Heston Hotel facilities are immediately closed due to gov decision. Left us in limbo. Maybe it worked out for the best as we actually found another local swim academy at a better price and the instructors are excellent. Our child has already learnt new skills within a month.

   My 5y old girl attended around 20 lessons here but it was complete waste of money and time. At Heston Hyde Hotel they change coaches frequently so the new one couldnt pick where the previous one left because their is no system of recording progress. Their pools are equally deep for every level no partition of depth. Due to this teachers have to physically help students which largely affect their independent learning. They dont have any progress check system for parents where they can analyse progress after every lesson. They basically rented pool of hotel to use it which is not built for the purpose of swim lesson. At the end I will comment on lampton leisure centre which is way more best than it. If you dont want to waste money and time and really want your kid to learn swimming send them to lampton leisure centre. They are inexpensive and have all the good qualities, different depths for different levels. They just provide less than 5% physical help they just guide student from level one which boost the confidence of student and their independent learning. They have checkpoints of progress, etc Apologies but its sincere review. thanks
