Called this company to look at repairing an Indesit dishwasher. After multiple attempts and parts paid for it couldn't be fixed. That was ok. But company has still not paid the £100 refund for parts I paid for in advance. Tried contacting the engineer multiple times but he's stopped responding. Tried the office too but they don't respond.

Ollie was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my machine quickly and showed me the knack for moving the machine in and out of its recess. The price point of their call out charge is fair and, even if it had turned out to be an uneconomic repair on a 5 year old machine, I would have been happy to pay this. Thanks!

This company should not be used if you are a business. They will not provide an invoice - called every day and my call was ignored. Then tried from a different number and they hung up, then would not answer my call again. Very unprofessional.
