Really impressed by the company. They fixed my Range-master induction hob. Communication and expertise were spot on and the engineer was really helpful and a great guy.

This company were appointed by D&G to fix my dishwasher. First reported Dec 14th. Came first time, no phone call to tell us when they'd be here. He had no idea what could be wrong, said it was leaking and needed a new seal. Waited another 2-3 of weeks for them to come back. He again, didn't call ahead to give avtime of arrival. Brought the wrong part. Cleaned the old seal and reported to D&G that the job had been completed. I had to chase again and D&G were surprised to hear the problem still hadn't been resolved. They made another appointment with this company. We stressed that we needed the repair person to call ahead as we'd have to get home from work to meet him. Yet again no call ahead. When I got home, I found a card blowing in the wind on the doorstep saying 'unable to call before visit as no phone signal'. So he came, was here for 3 minutes and left (have times on cctv) and we STILL have a dishwasher that needs fixing, 6 weeks on. I called them today and all the girl on the other end could do was defend the fact that the repairman had 'no signal'. No apology, nothing. Avoid this joke of a company at all costs! I called them

Would not recommend using this company. we’ve just waited a month for them to repair our dishwasher after they ‘forgot’ to order the part needed. The engineer himself was very nice and professional. The assessment of our machine and fitting of the new part probably only took half an hour in total, ridiculous that we had to wait so long for them to complete such a quick job. Will not be using again.

Bosch Fridge Freezer: experienced temperature problems with Fridge compartment. Covered on Warranty from John Lewis. AAC were contacted and engineer attended. Quickly identified problem (faulty temperature flap). Part ordered and engineer attended (rang in advance to give arrival time) and fitted in 15 minutes. All now working correctly

I had repairs undertaken by Chris, one of their engineers. He successfully fixed both my washing machine and dishwasher. I was so impressed by how professional and polite he was. Nothing was too much trouble, he was absolutely brilliant. I would 100% recommend Advanced Appliance Care Ltd. based on my experience of them today. Thank you very much for such an outstanding level of service.

Due to my oven breaking whilst still under it's year warranty, I was advised by the shop from which I bought it that I would need to go via the manufacturer to get it fixed (understandable). I called and when someone eventually answered the call, they offered me a date for the engineer to visit in a weeks time (they offered me that visit when I expressed that waiting another 10 days was not appropriate - and seemed as if by magic to find a sooner date in their system). The engineer who visited did not have the appropriate parts to fix the oven and before they left, they further broke a knob on the oven that prior their visit was not broken! Before leaving, he advised that he would report the parts needed to the office, who would call me by the end of the day to rebook another visit. That call never came, so today (2 days after original visit from engineer) I rang the manufacturer yet again and was advised someone can visit in just under 2 weeks time. When I stated that I was unhappy with that, the call handler feigned finding a sooner appointment (still over 7 days) and asked if I would prefer that. What is even more annoying than few available appointments is the implausible marketing approach where the company seems to think that if they lie about appointment availability, you will be more pleased when the offer you something sooner than their first suggestion. Entirely disappointing and extremely bad customer service. IN RESPONSE: Thank you for responding to my review. The engineer said to me that he wasn't sure if the knob on the cooker was broken before (I advised him that it wasn't otherwise I would have reported that) and he did not replace it with another, he left it on the kitchen surface. He did note that another knob on the cooker is loose and would likely need to be replaced, but it seems that this has not been noted by the office or himself when recording the visit. There was no 'confusion' with appointment dates - the call-handler used identical phrasing to the first time I spoke with someone in the office which was along the lines of 'This is the next available appointment... Oh wait - you're in XXX area aren't you? I can offer you this instead.' Perhaps it was completely coincidental but as a customer without an oven for almost a month, you can imagine I am sure how frustrating that was to hear yet again.
