   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FITTED A BOILER 2 YEARS AGO AND WE ARE IN THE LOFT EVERY OTHER DAY RESETTING DUE TO MULTIPLE FAULT CODES. SHODDY P J BRYERS HAVE BEEN OUT NUMEROUS TIMES TO "FIX" OR FOB US OFF SAYING THEY HAVE FIXED IT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 2 YEARS IT IS NOW MINUS TEMPERTURES OUTSIDE AND GUESS WHAT ITS GONE AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW!! WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AS THIS IS SHOCKIMG FOR A NEW BOILER AND VERY DANGEROUS FOR MY WIFE AND KIDS TO BE CLIMBING IN THE LOFT EVERY OTHER DAY TO TRY AND SORT OUT THERE SHODDY WORK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THEM THERE ARE MORE REPUTABLE RELIALKE AND PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AROUND THAT ACTUALLY DO DECENT BOILER FITTINGS AND REPAIR THE PROBLEMS THEY CREATE NOT LEAVE YOU IN THE COLD. OFFICE STAFF COULD DO WITH SOME TRAINING AS WELL NEVER KNOWN A COMPANY SO BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL

   PJ BRYER fitted our bathrooms in 2022 and did a fantastic job. In 2025 we had a minor issue with the shower enclosure door sticking slightly. I called Mike at Bryers and literally the next day Jack and Kieron called round and resolved the issue. There wasn’t even a charge! Now that is 10/10 customer service. I would recommend them and thank you to Mike and the team at Bryers.

   They came to do the boiler service one year, they broke the lid of the boiler, never repair it until two years later (begging them to fix it). To fix it, they used a magnet. This year they completed the boiler service without checking the radiators. I asked them to come back and check two radiators that they don't seem to work (after a month or two from the boiler service) and they did come twice but they left because they haven't found a parking space around. I will contact another company for this repair and never contact this people again. No more boiler service again for this company.

   Very big well done, Would just like to say how eficient this Company was,from start to finish.From getting a price to installation everyone involved was very freindly and extremly helpfull. We had the Vaillant eco TEC plus 826 Boiler fitted on 6th Jan 2025 some small nigles on day of Installation was soon overcome by Adam and Justin,The work that they done was to a very high standard indeed,they was also very considerate and friendly,keeping us updated all the time. All in all a very Quick and efficiant service by all involved.

   Why has my 89 year old dad have to top up his new Jag boiler at least every two weeks. The "engineer " says this is normal!!!! . I have a gas boiler and I don't have to touch it from one year to another. He pays for a maintenance contact for service and repair. WHY!!!!!!!! Do I have to travel from Scotland to help him out

   Booked to come out for boiler service initially, came out quickly and found a fault, diagnosed the fault and needed to order parts, came out to fit new parts which did not fix the issue, ordered more parts and came again which still didn’t fix the issue. Ended up having someone else come out who diagnosed the problem straight away and fixed the boiler next day. Very costly mis diagnosis for me. Would definitely NOT recommend.

   Very disorganised backroom booking service. Although it's difficult to generalise about individuals, there does seem to be a generally unprofessional culture in Bryers. Towards the end of a ridiculously overly-long installation, I actually distrusted the various workmen's explanations and excuses. Please avoid.

   The boiler maintenance crew were fine and friendly though after 4 visits our boiler is in a worse condition than when they first arrived. Charged me twice, having threatened me with bailiffs, for an awful service. Person on phone really unhelpful. Paid in the end just to end all contact .
