   Luke has been a wonderful swimming teacher for my son. He is patient, kind, and very encouraging, which helped my son feel comfortable and confident in the water. Luke explains things clearly and always takes the time to make sure my son understands and feels safe. We have seen great progress, and my son truly enjoys his swimming lessons. We are very grateful to Luke for his dedication and positive attitude.

   Luke M — a SwimExpert coach — has been our child's swim instructor since Apr-2023. Even though our son’s swim lessons are currently on Friday evenings following a long school week, he's always eager to go see Luke M so he can “work hard and have fun” in the pool. Our little one is *incredibly* confident in the water, but needs help harnessing his enthusiasm twd safety-skill-growth as a swimmer. Luke M *ALWAYS* has the big picture in mind as he coaches our son, offering him challenge and correction mixed with plenty of fun and praise. We’re grateful for Coach Luke’s work so far, look forward to seeing our son continue to learn and grow stronger as a swimmer.

   My two sons have just finished four years of lessons with Luke through SwimExpert at Brentford Novotel. It’s been an excellent experience. Luke has helped them grow from being two young children who were quite wary of the water, to being confident, capable swimmers passing at a stage 8 level. He’s done this through being a fantastic coach who really worked at engaging with them. Making the lessons fun but also structured and progressive. I highly recommend Luke as a swimming teacher, and also the environment of the Novotel pool which was excellent for them as younger swimmers.

   My son has been swimming with Luke M for over 2 years, he is an excellent swimming instructor. He builds my son's confidence in the water and is highly skilled at teaching children. My son is autistic and hated putting his head under the water when he initially started 2 years ago, with Luke's encouragement and brilliant work, he's now working on level 6 and is a confident swimmer. Luke makes learning swimming fun for the kids, he brings along swimming toys for the children to play with. At the same time, he also knows exactly what the children need to do for improvement! A heartfelt thank you to Luke!

   I’ve had the majority of my lessons with Luke, and he’s the most skilled. Luke is patient, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable in the water. You can tell he has years of teaching experience, especially compared to other teachers at the Brentford location. From my very first lesson, I felt at ease in the water, and by the third lesson, I had really got the gist of swimming. Luke fosters positivity by praising your progress, which makes you feel proud of what you’ve achieved. I would recommend taking lessons from him. Aleena :)

   Falah of Swim Expert has been such a help. I am an adult and learned to swim as a child but I had horrible breathing and bad technique and would be exhausted after a short swim. Falah watched me and completely re taught me how to swim properly and I can now do lengths comfortably and breath whilst swimming. He is such a huge help and a great person to work with. Very very very good instructor. I also watched him teaching much younger kids also and they seemed to be learning too. Highly highly recommend Falah of swim expert.

   Falah was an excellent teacher who was fantastically encouraging and helpful. I went from lacking all confident in the water to picking up things from the bottom of the pool and got the basics of several swimming strokes. The pool facilities at Novotel Hammersmith are very good.

   My 2year old girl has been going here for almost a year now. We’ve tried a few different instructors but she loves Fallah, from what I can tell he adapts the session to my daughter’s ability and she loves it as a result. Highly recommended instructor!

   I thoroughly enjoyed my swim lessons delivered by SwimExpert instructor Falah (and sometimes Caitlin). As a beginner who could barely swim 10 meters without almost collapsing, I'm amazed at how quickly I improved in endurance, stamina and in techniques on front and back crawl as well as breaststroke and butterfly in 10 hours of lessons. It is a testament of how effective the instructors were. Falah's emphasis on good techniques and his encouragement helped me build confidence and learnt to stay relaxed when swimming. I'm looking forward to my next batch of lessons in the near future to build on what I learnt so far. I will certainly recommend SwimExpert to any one keen to improve his/her swimming techniques.
