My Macbook Pro stopped working last week, it wouldn't power on so I took into the Apple store in town and they said that it would need a new logic board and unfortunately I'd also lose all my data since my last backup (which was an embarrassingly long time ago). I wondered if there was any chance that an independent Mac specialist might give me any hope so I called Bristol Apple Repair. Within half an hour, my computer was collected and 24 hours later it was delivered to my door working and all my data intact. Incredible service. A would wholeheartedly recommend them.
I took our 2013 iMac to Mo with a suspected hard drive failure, I thought it was worth a try before I replaced it. Dropped it off 8pm on Friday & by 11am on Saturday it was ready for collection. I have changed HD's etc on older iMacs before but having looked online there was no chance I was even attempting it! It is a big job as the screen has to come out & the HD is hidden behind all sorts of circuit boards etc. Mo has done great work & I couldn't be happier with the decision to get him to bring the computer back to life. The replacement SSD boots up in seconds. Also his prices are very, very reasonable. Would I use Mo again? Absolutely....
Very professional service and pleasant experience! I'm using ages old Macs for various things (web server, build server etc) and one of them decided to die caused by the ram slot failure. Mo picked it up and replaced the logic board within a day for a fair price.
Delighted with the fast and highly professional service. IMAC logic board failure diagnosed and repaired in a couple of days with a perfect re seal of the unit. Apple Repair Service would be my first choice if I need any other work carried and so I am very happy to highly recommended the company. Very satisfied customer.

stellar service- drove and picked my macbook pro up from me whilst i was shopping in town, and was a v easy collection as well, got it from me at 3 and it was fixed by 6! also quoted me £100 less than other places and even have a refurbed version of the screen for £50 less as well, whilst everywhere else said they’ll have to order the parts and it would take a few days- really really recommend :)
Amazing service! My Mac was suffering from water damage and the next day Mo collected and gave it an assessment for free. I was lucky and the damage wasn't too bad so it was able to be repaired at a reasonable price. What I really appreciated though was the peace of mind that if I wasn't so lucky and it ended up not worth the repair I wouldn't have wasted loads of time and money to find out. Nice one!
Very happy with the service! Macbook screen replacement. Not everything went right the first time (through little fault of their own) and Mohammed was extremely professional in getting it all speedily re-done for me at no additional cost.
