   I have used them on a couple of properties (personal and tenanted). I cannot fault them; excellent service (I was called before booking a visit to confirm I had completed all the user-level fixes, with instructions on how to do it) and price. My partner instructed another repair service, receiving a much higher bill and subpar service. Honestly, absolutely fantastic. If your appliances are goosed, give them a call.

   We were so impressed with Olivers visit. He was so knowledgeable and honest. He has got our stove working again and he was happy to answer questions about how to care for our stove and refitted a knob that had come off and secure a rail along the base.    Incredibly professional team with a prompt response on email to my enquiry offering a date to book one of their engineers to come and take a look at the issue. All of the pricing was clear and he was able to repair the oven with parts that they carried so it was back up and running immediately. I would definitely recommend them!

   Friendly engineer turned up at exactly the time that he said he would. Because I had told him the model and problem when booking, he had brought a part which he suspected the machine might need, and his diagnosis turned out to be right first time. He talked very knowledgeably about the machine and other machines in general. He was cheerful, polite, tidy and was in and out in 25 minutes. I would very happily recommend them to anyone.
