Had Matt from Bristol Appliance Repairs out to fix our washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. He diagnosed everything quickly, explained the faults in plain English and had all the parts on the van. All three appliances are now running perfectly. Really impressed with the speed, honesty and the quality of the work. It’s rare to find someone this reliable for domestic appliance repairs. If you need a washing machine repair, dishwasher repair or tumble dryer repair in Bristol, I’d highly recommend Matt. Professional from start to finish and great value.

Excellent service. Phoned at 9am this morning regarding problem with John Lewis washer dryer. Pricing explained and I was told engineer would come to Clifton this morning. Engineer arrived and fixed the problem (washer element). All done by around 12 noon. He also suggested how I might extend the life of the new element. Pricing very reasonable. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Great service! Came out to Shirehampton to sort out a drainage issue with our Indesit dishwasher. All fixed within an hour of him arriving. Have used Bristol Appliance Repairs before and they have always been great!

Responded to my query straight away, communication was clear and the engineer came out promptly to our home in Bishopston. He had a good look at our Hotpoint tumble dryer and advised us it was due for a recall and to contact the manufacturer. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Quoted us £40 for just the checkup on our dryer, came by without opening it and said immediately it was a PCB issue which would set us up for a £150+ repair, but upon checking on the dryer myself I found that the repair cost me a grand total of a whopping £8.99, and it wasn't even the PCB, it was the thermostat. Very unprofessional, would not recommend unless you don't care about money.

I stupidly forgot to turn off the ice machine in our fridge/freezer while away on holiday. Result, something froze up and the machine became completely blocked with ice. A helpful, polite engineer from Bristol Appliance Repairs came over, disassembled the main parts and showed me how to defrost the machine. I followed his advice, clearing the pipe and melting all the ice with a hair drier. It is now working again. Just the callout charge to pay. These people are easy to deal with, know what they are doing and are certainly worth calling when your white goods start playing up.
