Had my car in for repair, front bumper was damaged, the car was repaired within 3 working days of being collected from me and was looking and smelling brand new, they fully valeted the car prior to returning it and stayed open for me to collect me car and shift my belongings from my hire car without rushing me. Highly recommended
Firstly, repairs were well done and car was cleaned so no problems there, the issue was that I was told that it would be “5 days, maybe a little longer” thinking a couple of days. Ended up being without my car for a month, spending out more on fuel and had no communication as to when it would be ready for. I had to call up only to be brushed off. If you can’t handle the amount of work, do a proper assessment before you take someone’s car on. It will save you both time and hassle

Although a little disorganized in the office and outside the garage I was very impressed with receiving a profession quote from the team which was sent to me within 3 hours. This was greatly appreciated. Hoping this quality service continues in the repair of my car.
My insurance company sent my car here for its repair. The car was collected on 6th nov and repair was completed by 19th nov. Really impressed with there communication during the time they had my car. Went to collect my car on 19th and was pleasantly surprised to see my car had been fully valeted too. Thanks you for looking after my car. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
My car was booked into this accident repair centre by my insurers on 27th July and on 6th September I am still awaiting the repair. I have been cancelled twice and fobbed off with various excuses, ranging from Covid to the incorrect part having arrived. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
As I went to wash my car I noticed the dent is still on the door. I called up the manager and since explaining my concerns , I have been avoided. They still have not fixed the problem and they don't even want to know. Avoid business like this. They clearly have no more concerns after you pay they wash there hands of you.
